(In fact, if you need a good honest electrician for any of your properties – who is “old school”, completely trustworthy, and knows his subject backwards – and only charges by the hour for what he has done, rather than price the job by the value of the property!, then Richard is your man. He is "NIC Approved” registered and is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with.
